Kosmos Vietnam delivery schedule
To ensure the smooth delivery of goods and improve the efficiency of warehouse management. From August 05, 08, all shipping activities will be suspended every Sunday so that Kosmos can conduct inventory and internal data reconciliation. Customers are requested to take note and proactively arrange appropriate ordering times.
1. Delivery time of Kosmos Vietnam
- Monday to Saturday: 7:30pm come 17:00pm
- Sunday: Suspend shipments
The above schedule is applied at 3 warehouses of Kosmos Vietnam, including:
- Warehouse 1: 135 Tan Son, Tan Son Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
- Warehouse 2: 53 Tan Thoi Nhat 8, Dong Hung Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
- Warehouse 3: 9B Tan Thoi Nhat 25, Dong Hung Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
In order to best serve Agents, Kosmos Vietnam does not ship goods on Sundays, reasons:
- Process Assurance inventory, warehouse data reconciliation performed periodically and accurately
- Help operate Import and export of goods takes place accurately and under control..
- Support the organization of warehouse operations scientifically, limiting order errors when reaching customers.
2. Notes for Customers when trading and receiving goods
For convenience in the transaction and receipt of goods, please note:
- Arrange suitable order plan with delivery schedule from Monday to Saturday (From 2:7 am - 7:30 pm).
- Limit urgent requests on Sundays – because the warehouse does not process shipments during this time.
