A. Before installing 1 layer of wood plastic flooring

Concrete surface thickness ≥60mm, flat, solid, not rough, not peeling, pitting, cracking or wavy and ensuring good load-bearing capacity

Surface has a slope of 2-3% towards the water collection points
B. During construction of 1-layer wood plastic floor
Skeleton Warning

Use stainless steel bar size ≥30x30mm and thickness ≥1.4mm

Distance between two bars max 350mm (≤35cm)

Distance between the bar and the wall ≥15mm

High skeleton legs ≥50mm

Distance between two double ribs ≥5mm

Welds need to be smoothed and painted with anti-rust paint.
Warning about the gap between 1-layer wood plastic floors

The distance between two floor bars when connected with plastic pins is 6 - 8mm

The distance between two floor bars when connected with stainless steel pins is 3 - 5mm

Distance between floor bar and wall ≥15mm

Distance between 2 floor bars when extended (where no pins are used) ≥5mm

Candlestick 50-50 staggered floor installation (length offset by 1/2 ratio) to ensure solid floor structure and increase aesthetics.
Warning about covering the skeleton legs

Available V-brace or multi-purpose bar or step nose to cover the skeleton.

Fix the multi-purpose bar to the 1-layer wood plastic floor with stainless steel screws. Distance between stainless steel screws ≤35cm. Multi-purpose bar 3 – 10mm from the frame

To fix the multi-purpose bar to the frame with stainless steel screws, you must insert a wooden bar first, the distance between the screw holes ≤35cm. Multi-purpose bar 3 – 10mm from the frame
C. After installing 1 layer of wood plastic flooring

For fresh stains, use a mild detergent. (pH 5 – 8)

For stubborn, old stains, you can use products such as alcohol, kerosene, white wine or bleach diluted to five percent. (5%)

Do not use sharp objects to clean stains on wood plastic.

Periodically every 3-6 months, check for loose screws and rust on the frame. If so, notify the contractor.
