1 BEFORE INSTALLING ROBINA WOODEN FLOORING

Meet recommended temperature and humidity conditions.

Assemble the floor at a position ≤500mm from the wall.

Remove the box cover.

Allow floor to acclimate to space for 48 hours before installation.

Can be laid on cement floors, tile floors. Do not overlap with other wooden floors.

Ensure the surface is flat, with a difference of ≤2mm/1m.

Check to ensure the substrate is clean before assembly.

Make sure not to install heavy equipment on the floor such as kitchen cabinets.

Check to make sure the substrate is dry.
The moisture content of the cement floor before installing the wooden floor is less than 2.0 CM%. When testing the moisture content of the cement floor, customers can use measuring devices such as Tramex CME4, Trotec T660 or measuring devices that can measure in CM %.
2 DURING ROBINA Laminate flooring CONSTRUCTION

Brick floors and weak walls do not require nails when fixing accessories.

Surface mounted with locking groove, no glue used.

Do not nail or screw the floor.

Remove old flooring before installation.

Floor foam thickness 1,5 - 3mm.

Width of wall bar ≥ 50mm.

Should be staggered at least 20cm.

Use T-strap to cut off floor at door.

Use sieve breakers when size ≥ 7x7m.

Leave space for furniture legs.

The groove is facing the wall.

Check the wood floor carefully for defects.

Leave a gap between the floor and the wall: 12 – 15mm (Robina Aqua), 15 – 18mm (Robina Classic)

Leave a gap of 10 – 15mm from the base of the door.

Floors without rubber soles must be covered with foam.

Glue the foam panels together to avoid stacking.

Use extra padding when tapping the edge of the floor with a hammer, or use a rubber mallet.
3 AFTER ROBINA Laminate flooring INSTALLATION

Use doormats.

Carpets in commercial areas ≥2x2m.

Do not drag heavy objects across the floor.

Use chair foot pads.

Use a swivel chair with soft wheels.

Clean up immediately after spilling water.

Vacuum regularly.

Use a diluted cleaning solution, pH 6-8, for cleaning.

Use a damp cloth to clean.

Do not use a towel that is too damp or not wrung dry for cleaning.

Do not use concentrated detergent for cleaning.

Steam mop can be used for cleaning.
