PLASTIC PARTITION SAFETY WARNING

1 BEFORE INSTALLING PLASTIC PARTITIONS

Determine the case of installing partitions, with or without aisles.

Galawood plastic partitions can withstand a load of 200 – 300kg/m². Do not place objects exceeding 300kg on the partition.
2 DURING PLASTIC PARTITION CONSTRUCTION
2.1 WARNING FOR PLASTIC WALL CONSTRUCTION

Pre-drill the base of the wall before attaching the bolts/screws.

Drill pilot holes into the floor/wall/ceiling before installing iron anchors or expansion anchors.

After fixing the anchor to the required position, apply glue before placing the partition base on it.

When bolting/screwing into the anchor, we need to fasten it through a straight bracket (12 mm wide bracket).

Cut the wall legs at precise angles: 45° for right angle joints, and 90° for straight joints.

Use specialized glue at the corner joints of the wall.

Shoot fixed nails at the corner joint of the wall.

Fix the partition legs at 3 positions: Floor, wall and ceiling with glue and screws through straight brackets (12mm wide).

In case of construction without leaving a passage, it is necessary to split the wall base in half ≥40cm to insert the partition panel inside. After installation, we glue and nail it to fix it.

In case of construction without leaving a walkway, at the end position between the partition panel and the wall, it is necessary to cut off the U-shaped groove on the wall base, leaving only 2 symmetrical sides of the wall base, glue and nail to fix it to the wall panel.
Use silicone glue to seal the gap between the base of the wall and the wall to prevent dust.
2.2 WARNING FOR WALL PANEL CONSTRUCTION

The wall panel groove is pushed into the U-shaped slot on the wall base.

In case of construction without leaving a passage, it is necessary to fix the partition panel to the wall by tightening bolts and screws through right angle brackets (25mm wide brackets). The distance between 2 brackets is ≤40cm.
2.3 WALL JOINTING TECHNIQUE

At the right angle, cut the 2 ends of the wall at a 1 degree angle.

At the right angle, cut the 2 ends of the wall at a 1 degree angle.

Distinguish between the horizontal and vertical bars of the T-angle.
– Horizontal bar cuts 2 45 degree angles from the center point of the wall base.
– The vertical bar cuts two 2 degree angles from the center point of the wall foot.
3 AFTER INSTALLING PLASTIC PARTITIONS

Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature (over 50 °C).

Avoid friction with hard or sharp objects.

Wipe with a damp cloth and a pH 6-8 solution.
