Warranty period for Nano panels – Kosmos wave panels
Nano panels – Kosmos wave panels are guaranteed for 5 years!
The lifespan of Kosmos Nano-wave panels can be up to 10 - 15 years, so customers can rest assured about the product quality.
Warranty note:
- The warranty period for Kosmos Nano – Wave panels is effective from the date of issue of the voucher.
- Nano panels – Kosmos wave panels are warranted only once.
- Kosmos only warranties the product when installed according to the recommended guidelines.
- The contractor will provide warranty coverage for installation and technical issues.

Conditions for applying warranty policy for Nano panels - Kosmos wave panels
1. Customers install and use Nano – Kosmos wave panels for the correct purposes, standards and recommendations of the manufacturer.
2. Nano panels – Kosmos wave panels warp, shrink, deform, and crack under normal use conditions.
3. Damage to the Kosmos Nano-wave panel must be visible to the naked eye.
4. The purchase receipt or warranty card for Kosmos Nano-Lam wave panels must be intact (not crumpled, patched, erased or repaired).
5. Nano panels - Kosmos wave panels are still under warranty.
6. Kosmos Nano/Wave Panels are interior products – used for wall/ceiling cladding.
Cases not covered by warranty for Nano panels – Kosmos wave panels
1. Customers do not install and use Nano – Kosmos wave panels for the correct purposes, standards and recommendations of the manufacturer.
2. Nano panels - Kosmos wave panels are damaged due to errors from the construction unit and the customer, for example:
- Under the impact of physical and chemical factors.
- Color fades when exposed to direct sunlight (UV rays) for too long.
3. Damage to the Kosmos Nano-wave panels is not visible to the naked eye.
4. The purchase receipt or warranty certificate is not intact (torn, patched, altered, or repaired).
5. Nano panel – Kosmos wave panel exceeds the warranty period.
6. Kosmos Nano/Wave panels are for interior use only – not for outdoor installation.
7. Wear and tear of Kosmos Nano-wave panels during use.
8. Nano – Kosmos wave panels are damaged due to force majeure (natural disasters, fires, etc.).
9. Nano panel - Kosmos wave panel is damaged due to customer's unauthorized disassembly or relocation of the product.
10. Customers using acid glue will corrode the Nano - Lam corrugated Kosmos panel, causing the surface to become uneven.
11. Customer does not maintain/maintain properly.
Recommendations for construction/installation of Nano panels – Kosmos wave panels
A. Before installing Nano panels – Kosmos wave panels
- The installation surface of Kosmos Nano-Lam wave panels must be flat, or installed on a frame.
- The distance between frames does not exceed 500mm (if any).
B. During the construction of Nano panels – Kosmos wave panels
- Install Nano – Kosmos wave panels in the correct position and direction.
- Install by applying specialized glue evenly to the back of the Nano - Kosmos wave panel and using additional stainless steel brackets to fix it. A 3000mm (3m) long panel requires 6 stainless steel brackets.
- Use double-sided tape to secure the Nano - Lam wavy Kosmos panel while waiting for the specialized glue to dry.
- Use molding and strips to cover the cut surface of the Nano - Kosmos wave panels to prevent insects and dirt from entering.
- The connection position of Nano panel – Kosmos wave panel must be placed on the frame (if any).

Recommendations after construction/installation of Nano panels – Kosmos wave panels
1. Do not drag heavy, sharp, pointed objects on the surface of Kosmos Nano-Lam Wave panels.
2. Do not use sharp objects to clean the surface of Kosmos Nano-Lam wave panels.
3. Only use very little diluted detergent to clean Kosmos Nano-Lam wave panels.
4. Use a damp cloth that has been wrung dry to wipe the Kosmos Nano-Lam Wave panel, do not pour water directly.
5. Do not let rain water splash on the Nano – Lam wave Kosmos panels.
6. Suitable temperature for Nano – Lam wave Kosmos panels is not more than 50°C, should not be placed near high heat sources (eg: coal stove, gas stove, ...).
7. Proper maintenance to increase the lifespan of Kosmos Nano-wave panels.
