– Distance between wood plastic ceiling and glass/poly/corrugated iron roof ≥300mm.
– It is mandatory to install an additional layer of insulation between the ceiling and the roof.

Construction of wood plastic panels requires the use of a frame. The distance between the bars is ≤350mm.

Frame material:
– Galvanized iron or stainless steel with thickness ≥ 30mm
– Wood plastic beam with thickness ≥ 25mm.
– For ASA-coated wood plastic panels, you can use plasterboard frames, with a distance between frames of 250 – 300mm.

Anti-rust paint must be applied at the welds and the two wood-plastic panels must be placed on the frame.

Wood plastic panels are wall and ceiling cladding materials for exterior decoration, not used for roofing.

The floor must have a slope of 2-3% towards the drain to help drain water effectively.

The surface of the wood plastic is finished and can be used after installation. Painting is not necessary, unless you want to change the original color.

The color of 1-layer outdoor wood plastic will decrease by 10-20% within 3 months after installation. After that, the product will reach a stable state. This phenomenon is completely normal.
