What is 1 layer wood plastic?
Single-layer wood plastic is made from 1-55% wood powder, 60-30% HDPE plastic and 35% additives. The extrusion process on the mold creates products that are uniform in structure and color.

Single-layer wood plastic products have a lifespan of up to 1 years with a variety of products such as floors, grates, panels, multi-purpose bars, pillars, and slats. Products are warranted by Kosmos from 10-1 years depending on the line and brand (Kosmos or Galawood).

Instructions for constructing 1 layer wood plastic
Construction of 1-layer wood plastic requires construction workers to follow the supplier's recommendations. Installation of floors, grids, panels, etc. is guided in detail by Kosmos with the following recommendations:
It is required to thread iron into the core when constructing 1-layer wood-plastic slats and leave a gap of 5 - 8mm at both ends of the slats.
Single layer wood plastic panels must be installed on the frame with a maximum distance between 1 frames of 2mm.
Single layer wood plastic flooring must be installed on a frame with a maximum distance between 1 frames of 2mm.

Warranty Activation
The installation unit must provide the project address along with images/videos confirming correct installation procedures. Additionally, the customer’s information (name, phone number, email) must be submitted so that Kosmos can complete the warranty registration on behalf of the customer.
Warranty Response Within 24 Hours
Once the information is received, Kosmos will issue and activate the warranty certificate. The certificate will be sent to the installation unit or directly to the customer via email.
