Safety warning for 2-layer polymer-coated wood plastic flooring

A. Before installing 2-layer polymer-coated wood plastic flooring

It is necessary to ensure drainage capacity for 2-layer polymer-coated wood plastic flooring. (2-layer wood plastic floor), avoid flooding.

Concrete surface thickness ≥60mm, flat, solid, not rough, not peeling, pitting, cracking or wavy and ensuring good load-bearing capacity.

Surface has a slope of 2-3% towards the water collection points.
B. During the construction of 2-layer polymer-coated wood plastic flooring
Skeleton Warning

The installation process of Stainless steel bar size ≥30x30mm and thickness ≥1.4mm.

Ensure spacing between bars from 200−350mm.

High skeleton legs ≥50mm.

The distance between the two double ribs is 5−20mm.

Distance between frame and wall ≥15mm.

The welds need to be polished and painted with anti-rust paint.
Warning about the gap between 2-layer wood plastic floors

The 2-layer polymer-coated wood plastic floor bars are connected through specialized stainless steel pins to create gaps. from 3−5mm.

2-layer polymer-coated wood plastic flooring, wall-mounted ≥15mm.

The distance between 2 floor bars at the joint point must be 3−10mm and not exceed 10mm of the frame bar.

Candlestick 50-50 staggered floor installation (length offset by 1/2 ratio) to ensure solid floor structure and increase aesthetics.
C. After installing 2-layer polymer-coated wood plastic flooring
Note on covering the frame after installation

45° angle cut: At right angle positions, the 2-layer wood plastic floor bars need to be cut at a 45° angle to create a tight, sturdy and aesthetic fit.

Use screws to drill the lower floor bar into the upper floor bar or the frame but not into both. The distance between screw holes ≤2mm.

If drilling floor bars into the frame, it is necessary to insert 1 wooden bar in front and 3 - 10mm away from the frame.

If drilling the floor bar below right above the floor bar, drill directly and 3 – 10mm from the skeleton.
Notes on cleaning and maintenance

For fresh stains, use a mild detergent. (pH 5 – 8).

For stubborn, old stains, you can use products such as alcohol, kerosene, white wine or bleach diluted to five percent (5%).

Do not use sharp objects to clean stains on 2-layer laminate flooring.

Periodically every 3-6 months, check for loose screws and rust on the frame. If so, notify the contractor.
