Safety warning for ASA coated 2-layer wood plastic panels

A. Before installing 2-layer ASA-coated wood plastic panels

It is necessary to ensure drainage capacity for ASA wood plastic panels, avoid flooding

Wall/ceiling surfaces must be solid, flat, and free of peeling or cracking.

Store ASA wood-plastic composite panels in their cardboard boxes in a shaded area at a temperature below 35℃.

Do not remove the packaging before use.
B. During the construction of ASA wood plastic panels
Skeleton Warning

Use the bar Stainless steel or galvanized steel box size ≥25x25mm and thickness ≥1.2mm

Distance between bone bars ≤35cm

The distance between the two double ribs is 5 mm

The frame needs to leave a gap from the wall/ceiling 7 - 10mm

Vertical panels with horizontal bars and horizontal panels with vertical bars

Ceiling tiles skeleton has degree tilt slightly outwards from 2 – 3%

Required distance between ASA wood plastic ceiling and poly, glass, corrugated iron roof 30 - 50cm

Between ASA wood plastic ceiling and poly roof, glass, corrugated iron, It is necessary to install an additional layer of insulation material. (eg: silver foam 5mm or more, corrugated iron, plastic foam)

The welds need to be polished and painted with anti-rust paint
Warning about ASA wood plastic panels

Screw stainless steel into the recess of the panel OP140X12, do not shoot into the positive groove

Panel groove OP113X16, 4S184X28, 5S169X14, 8S169X14 fixed on the frame through the bracket by stainless steel screws

The distance between the 2 ASA panel connectors at the double rib is 5mm.

Panels are about 7 - 10mm from walls and ceilings.

If the last panel is cut, it is necessary to reinforce another piece of wood on the frame to screw the panel together with the wood and frame.
Warning about V-shaped strips covering asa wood plastic panels and frames

When covering the edges of the panel with wood-plastic V-shaped strips, at right angle positions, the V-shaped strips need to be cut according to 45° angle

Use glue and stainless steel screws with umbrella head and tail to fix the V-shaped strip onto the asa-covered wood plastic panel and frame.

Use glue and nail gun with copper nails to fix the V-shaped strip onto the asa-coated wood plastic panel and frame.
Warning about copper screws and nails

Always pre-drill before screwing stainless steel.

Material: 304 stainless steel screw

The distance between screw holes when shooting on the panel is equal to the distance between the ribs. ≤35cm

Distance between screw holes when fixing V-shaped strip to ASA-coated 2-layer wood-plastic panel ≤35cm

Distance between nail holes when fixing V-shaped strip to ASA-coated 2-layer wood-plastic panel ≤10cm
C. After installing 2-layer ASA-coated wood plastic panels

For fresh stains, use a mild detergent (pH 5 – 8)

For stubborn, old stains, you can use products such as alcohol, kerosene, white wine or bleach diluted to five percent. (5%)

Do not use sharp objects to clean stains on asa wood plastic panels.
