It is necessary to ensure proper drainage for ASA wood-plastic round fluted panels. avoid flooding

Wall/ceiling surfaces must be solid, flat, and free of peeling or cracking.

Store ASA wood-plastic round fluted panels in their cardboard boxes in a shaded area at a temperature below 35℃.

Do not remove the packaging before use.
2. During the installation of ASA wood-plastic round fluted panel cladding.
Skeleton Warning

Use the bar Stainless steel or galvanized steel box size ≥25x25mm and thickness ≥1.2mm

Distance between bone bars ≤30cm

The distance between the two double ribs is 5 mm

The frame needs to leave a gap from the wall/ceiling 7 - 10mm

Vertical panels with horizontal bars and horizontal panels with vertical bars

Ceiling tiles skeleton has degree tilt slightly outwards from 2 – 3%

A minimum gap is required between the ASA wood-plastic composite ceiling and the polycarbonate, glass, or corrugated iron roof. from 30 – 50cm

Between ASA wood plastic ceiling and poly roof, glass, corrugated iron, It is necessary to install an additional layer of insulation material. (eg: silver foam 5mm or more, corrugated iron, plastic foam)

The welds need to be polished and painted with anti-rust paint
Warning about fluted round ASA wood-plastic panels.

Screw stainless steel screws into the groove of the round fluted panel. 3ST195X30, do not shoot into the groove.

The tongue and groove joint of the round fluted panel 3ST195X30 fixed on the frame through the bracket by stainless steel screws

The distance between the two ASA round fluted panel connectors at the double frame is 5mm.

Panels are about 7 - 10mm from walls and ceilings.

If the last panel needs to be cut, it needs to be screwed to the frame.
Warning about V-shaped brackets covering ASA round fluted panel and skeletal frame.

When covering the edges of the panel with wood-plastic V-shaped strips, at right angle positions, the V-shaped strips need to be cut according to 45° angle

Use glue and stainless steel dome-head screws to secure the V-shaped trim to the ASA wood-plastic round fluted panel and frame.

Use glue and a nail gun with brass strip nails to secure the V-shaped trim to the ASA wood-plastic round fluted panel and the frame.
Warning about copper screws and nails

Always pre-drill before screwing stainless steel.

Material: 304 stainless steel screw

The distance between screw holes when shooting on the panel is equal to the distance between the ribs ≤30cm

The spacing of screw holes when securing V-shaped trim to round fluted wood-plastic composite panels with 2-layer ASA coating. ≤35cm

The spacing of nail holes when fixing V-shaped trim to round fluted wood-plastic composite panels with 2-layer ASA coating. ≤10cm
3. After installation of the 2-layer ASA-coated round fluted wood-plastic composite panel.
