Safety warning for Nano and Wave panels

1. Before installing Nano and wave panels

Nano panels and wave panels are used to decorate interior walls and ceilings. NOT for exterior use.

The ground surface must be flat, the difference does not exceed 2mm/1m

Can be installed directly on the wall if the wall is flat and dry. Other cases of wall installation require a frame system.

Nano panels and ceiling panels must have a skeleton system.

2. During the construction of Nano and Wave panels

Skeleton Warning

Frame material: Stainless steel bar, galvanized square steel bar, plastic beam, or aluminum plaster U-shaped bar

Bar spacing not more than 50cm (≤50cm)

The welds need to be polished and painted with anti-rust paint

Vertical panel with horizontal bar, horizontal panel with vertical bar

Glue safety warning

To mount directly on the wall, apply glue to the back of the panel before mounting it on the wall.

To cover the frame, apply glue to the frame and then cover the panel with the frame.

Safety warning about stainless steel screws and brackets

A 3m long panel needs at least 7 brackets (distance between brackets ≤50cm)

The round hole is where the screws are used to fix the bracket to the frame. The bracket is inserted into the recessed groove of the Nano panel, wave panel.

Screws made of 304 stainless steel

Always pre-drill before screwing stainless steel.

Warning about Nano and fluted panels

When extending the panel, cut both ends of the panel at a 30° angle.

2 panels when connected together need to be placed on a crossbar

When tiling vertically: Install the first panel with the male groove facing inward and the female groove facing outward, working from left to right or vice versa.

When horizontal: Install the first panel with the negative groove facing down and the positive groove facing up, working from bottom to top.

The keel is installed into the recessed groove of the Nano, fluted panel.

When bending the panel, just cut a groove on the back.

Ceiling cornice: Covers the intersection between the wall and ceiling

Wall molding: Wall decoration

Decorative moldings: Create decorative borders for walls and door frames

Corner molding: Decorate the inside corner of the wall

End strip: Covers the end of the panel

V-shaped molding: Right angle decoration

3. After installing Nano panels and wave panels

Do not drag heavy, sharp, or pointed objects on the surface of the panel.

Do not use sharp objects to clean the panel surface.

Use a mild cleaning solution, diluted with water, with a pH of 6-8 to clean the product.

Use a damp cloth that has been wrung dry to wipe the panel, do not pour water directly.

Do not let rain splash on the panel

Suitable temperature for the panel is not more than 50℃, should not be placed near high heat sources (eg: coal stove, gas stove,...)

Periodically every 3-6 months, check the construction for loose glue or screws.
