Safety warning for insulated corrugated metal panel.

1. Before installing the panel cladding

A site survey is necessary to develop the most optimal and appropriate construction plan.

It can be installed directly onto the wall if the wall is flat and dry. In all other cases, a frame structure is required.

Ceiling panels must have a supporting frame.

Because the panel surface is electrically conductive, the power supply must be disconnected and the wiring system inspected before installation to ensure safety during the process.
2. During the installation of the panel cladding
Skeleton Warning

Made of stainless steel or galvanized steel, with dimensions ≥25x25mm and thickness ≥1,2mm.

Wall cladding: The spacing between the support beams should be 40-70cm.

Ceiling cladding: The spacing between the support beams should be 40-50cm.

Horizontal panels are fitted with vertical support beams, and vertical panels are fitted with horizontal support beams.
Glue safety warning
Seal the gaps between the trim strips with specialized silicone sealant to ensure waterproofing.
Choose a silicone sealant color that matches the color of the panel/trim or a clear/white option.

Use Kosmos exterior adhesive to secure the trim to the panel.
Safety warning regarding stainless steel screws.

The tail screw is made of 304 stainless steel.

Pre-drill holes are needed before screwing in the stainless steel screws to secure the panel and trim.

The spacing between the screw holes for fixing the panel (at the tongue and groove) must be equal to the spacing of the support beams, i.e., 40-70cm (for wall cladding) and 40-50cm (for ceiling cladding).

Screw the panel in place at the center of the tongue-and-groove edge, avoiding screwing at the edges to prevent cracking.
Panel Warning

During construction, the plastic sheeting covering the surface should be kept intact.

Horizontal wall cladding: The insulated metal panel should be installed from bottom to top.

Use a handheld cutting machine to cut the panel.

For locations where heavy objects are to be hung, additional reinforcement of the frame is needed, or long nails should be driven through the wall/frame.

When cutting or creating holes through the panels (for air conditioning, ventilation), effective waterproofing must be applied at those locations.
Warning regarding the placement of accessories for panel installation.

The L-shaped bracket is used to insert the first panel.

L-shaped trim can be used as an end trim to cover the screws of the last panel (replacing V-shaped trim).

Use H-shaped connectors to join the panels together.

V-shaped trim strips are used to cover the right-angle corner of two panels (when the two panels meet at the outer corner).

Negative corner strips are used to cover the right-angle corner of two panels (when the two panels meet at an inside corner).

At right angles, the trim needs to be cut at a 45° angle to ensure both technical and aesthetic appeal.
3. After the panel cladding is installed

The surface of the plate must be cleaned to prevent iron filings from adhering and causing rust.

Avoid installing electrical equipment too close to the panel surface to reduce the risk of electrical leakage.

Do not use sharp objects to clean stains on the wall panels.

Periodically every 3-6 months, check for loose screws and rust on the frame. If so, notify the contractor.
