Safety warning for 1-layer wood-plastic multi-purpose bar

A. Before constructing 1-layer wood-plastic multi-purpose bar

1-layer multi-purpose wood plastic bar is used to decorate walls, fence panels, gates, etc. and NOT used for ceiling panels.

It is necessary to ensure drainage capacity for the 1-layer wood-plastic multi-purpose bar to avoid waterlogging.

The installation area is often exposed to direct sunlight, using striped surface instead of 2D printed surface to ensure color fastness and product life.

Construction area required: Width ≤6m and height ≤3m

If the horizontal size of the construction > 6m, Kosmos recommends Switch to using 2-layer ASA-coated wood plastic panels
B. During construction of 1-layer wood-plastic multi-purpose bar
Skeleton Warning

Material by bar Stainless steel or galvanized steel size ≥25x25mm and thickness ≥1.2mm

Distance between bone bars ≤25cm (250mm)

The distance between the two double ribs is 5 mm

The frame needs to leave a gap with the wall from 7 - 10mm

Vertical panels with horizontal bars and horizontal panels with vertical bars

The welds need to be polished and painted with anti-rust paint
Warning about 1-layer wood-plastic multi-purpose bar

Multi-purpose bar can be mounted directly on the wall, galvanized iron frame or wooden frame.

When needing to extend the multi-purpose bar, do not fit tightly, leave a gap of about 5mm.

Multi-purpose bar about 7-10mm from the wall

The distance between screw holes when shooting on the multi-purpose bar is equal to the distance between the ribs ≤25cm
Warning about screws, glue and copper nails

Always apply Kosmos multi-purpose glue to the frame or wall before installing the multi-purpose bar.

Always pre-drill before screwing stainless steel.

Copper nail to fix the multi-purpose bar to the wooden bar

304 stainless steel screws fix the multi-purpose bar onto galvanized iron or stainless steel bars

Material: 304 stainless steel screw
