1. Before installing 2-layer ASA-coated wood plastic slats

It is necessary to ensure drainage capacity for 2-layer ASA-coated wood plastic slats. avoid flooding

Wall/ceiling surfaces must be solid, flat, and free of peeling or cracking.

2. During the construction of ASA wood plastic slats

Stainless steel square bar or galvanized steel square bar size ≥25x25mm, ≥1.2mm

Two bone bars are no more than 1m apart (≤1m)

Wall frame ≤10cm

Horizontal panel with vertical rail and vertical panel with horizontal rail

Anti-rust paint is required on the stainless steel or galvanized steel frame joints.

L-shaped iron plate is made of 304 stainless steel, size: 50x30mm

Round hole: Screw the L-shaped iron bracket to the wall or to the stainless steel or galvanized steel bar

Elliptical bore: Screw the L-shaped iron bracket onto the slat

Safety warning about ASA slats

Thread the U-shaped steel bar with the appropriate size into the ASA wood plastic slat cage.

Stainless steel box or galvanized steel box inside the core of the bar, leaving about 2cm of space at each end of the bar

Horizontal mounting: When installing horizontal tiles, we will use our eyes to clearly determine 2 areas. The area above eye level and the area below eye level. Take the center point as the center, from the center install straight up and from the center install straight down.

Do not use glue to connect the length of 2 ASA-coated 2-layer wood plastic box slats.

When connecting two slats, they need to be placed 3mm apart if the temperature is greater than 5℃, 5mm if the temperature is less than 5℃.

Screw Warning

Always pre-drill before screwing stainless steel.

The distance between screw holes when shooting on the slats is equal to the distance between the ribs ≤100cm

3. After constructing 2 layers of ASA coated wood plastic slats

For fresh stains, use a mild detergent (pH 5 – 8)

For stubborn, old stains, you can use products such as alcohol, kerosene, white wine or bleach diluted to five percent (5%).

Do not use sharp objects to clean stains on the 2-layer wood plastic slats.

Periodically every 3-6 months, check if the screws are loose or the frame is rusty. If so, notify the contractor.
