Safety warning for load-bearing floor construction

1 BEFORE CONSTRUCTION OF LOAD-BEARING FLOOR

The product cannot be used for ceiling or wall panels because of its heavy weight.

Do not place items that exceed the floor's load capacity.

Frame material: Square iron, galvanized steel, stainless steel.
Bar size: 40x80mm, 50x100mm, 60x120mm.
Bone thickness: ≥1,4mm.

Distance between 2 bone bars: ≤400mm.

Do not use heavy-duty vinyl flooring in kitchen or bar areas due to the constantly humid environment, lack of ventilation, and high frequency of use.
2 DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE LOAD-BEARING FLOOR

After welding, the weld needs to be smoothed and painted with anti-rust paint to increase the durability of the frame.

Apply construction adhesive directly to the frame for installation. The adhesive application process must be continuous for each bar to ensure that the adhesive does not dry before installing the floor.

Apply construction adhesive directly to the recessed groove for installation. The adhesive application process must be continuous for each bar to ensure that the adhesive does not dry before installing the floor.

The connecting point of the two ends of the floor bar is fixed on the skeleton.

When laying multiple rows of flooring, it is necessary to stagger the rows to distribute force effectively and avoid weak points at the joints.
3 AFTER CONSTRUCTION OF THE LOAD-BEARING FLOOR

Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature (over 50°C).

Avoid friction with hard or sharp objects.

Wipe with a damp cloth and a pH 6-8 solution.
