Safety warning for construction of bamboo charcoal panels
1 BEFORE INSTALLING BAMBOO CHARCOAL PANELING
The ground surface must be flat, the difference does not exceed 2mm/1m.
Bamboo charcoal panels can be installed directly on the wall or on a frame system with a cushion (damp, rough walls).
Distance between bars ≤50cm
Bamboo charcoal ceiling panels must have a skeleton system.

2 DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF BAMBOO CHARCOAL PANELING
Use neutral (acid-free) glue.
Spread the glue evenly to avoid clumping.
Use double-sided tape to temporarily secure while waiting for the construction adhesive to dry.
Mill the groove on the back to round the corners, avoiding damaging the film on the surface.
There is a cushion layer of foam board or cement board between the skeleton and the bamboo charcoal board.
After installing the panels on the ceiling, use a separate support for each panel for at least 24 hours to ensure stability.
3 AFTER INSTALLING BAMBOO CHARCOAL PANELING
Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature (over 50°C).
Avoid friction with hard or sharp objects.
Wipe with a damp cloth and a pH 6-8 solution.
