- Prepare premises and materials
- Measure and cut supplies.
- Attach plastic stair treads.
- Plastic stair treads.
- Covering plastic stair treads.
- Apply glue to the edge.
Step 1: Prepare the site and construction materials
The preparation site for construction needs to be clean and flat. Construction materials include:
- Plastic stair treads.
- Plastic stair treads.
- Antique plastic stair steps.
- Cosmos bond.
- Cutting machines.

Step 2: Measure and cut the plastic stair tread
Use a ruler and cutter to measure and adjust the size of the step collar, step brace and PVC plastic step surface to fit the size of the stairs to be covered.

Step 3: Cut and join the stair treads with glue
In order to not expose the cut surface, both the splint and the plastic stair tread need to be beveled at a 45 degree angle and joined tightly with specialized glue.

Step 4: Cover the neck of the plastic stairs with glue
We spread the glue evenly on the back of the stair tread in the corresponding position.

Note:
- We cover the neck of the stairs first and then attach the tread.
- Perform installation from bottom to top.
- Pat gently with a rubber hammer so that the product fits tightly onto the stairs.
Step 5: Cover the plastic stair treads with glue
We can evenly apply glue directly onto the stairs or to the back of the plastic stair tread plate. Install the sheet in the corresponding position and then gently tap it with a rubber hammer.

Step 6: Install at the stair landing
The landing is the largest step, arranged in the middle of the stairs so that people going up/down can rest. Because plastic stair treads are limited in size, we can Use a plastic stair tread to connect the landing.

Step 7: Apply edge glue to complete
Apply glue to the edges and gaps to protect the panels from dirt and ensure a strong bond.
Note: the glue used is non-acidic to ensure the product does not corrode.
