Instructions for constructing a single room with a door using a 2-sided plastic partition (right angle joining technique)
2-sided plastic partitions are not only used as partitions between rooms. but can also be built into a separate room with a door.
Instructions for building a single room using 2-sided plastic partitions
When installing 2-sided plastic partitions to build single rooms, the treatment of the base of the partition at right angles is a technique that determines the completion of the project. All right angles must be beveled exactly 45 degrees to ensure aesthetics and durability.
Video instructions for installing right angle Galawood partitions:
Step 1: Measure and cut the base of the partition
Determine the length to cut based on the room size. At the right angle wall base position, cut the 2 ends of the wall base at a 1 degree angle.

Step 2: Drill a primer into the base of the partition wall
Pre-drill the base of the partition wall first so that the screwing process does not damage the base of the partition wall. The distance between the drilled holes is 40cm.

Step 3: Mark the holes on the wall/ceiling/floor
Precisely position the partition base in the installation position, then use a marker to transfer the pilot holes from the base to the wall, ceiling or floor surface, ensuring absolute accuracy for the structural fixing process.

Step 4: Drill holes in the wall/ceiling/floor to catch the hatchlings
1. Fix the anchor (iron anchor, expansion anchor) to the wall/ceiling/floor

2. Tighten the bolt/screw into the anchor to create a solid anchor point.

Step 5: Fix the partition legs to the wall/ceiling/floor
1. Apply glue to the position where the wall foot needs to be installed.

2. Place the wall foot in the glued area, adjust to fit the drilled hole.
3. Tighten the bolt/screw into the expansion joint using a 12mm wide straight spacer.

Step 6: Join the wall legs at the right angle between the wall and the floor
Apply glue to the cut surface before joining the two ends of the wall legs together. Secure the joint with a nail gun.

Step 7: Attach the wall panel to the base of the wall to make the first room wall.
Install the wall foot and wall panels one side at a time to allow the wall panel insertion process to go smoothly.

Step 8: Join the wall legs at right angles to make the next room wall.
At the intersection of two walls, join the wall legs together so that they fit tightly, forming a right angle.

Step 9: Attach the wall panel to the right angle wall base
Install the wall panel at the base of the newly assembled wall, perpendicular to the first wall.

Step 10: Install the wall foot to cover the end of the wall panel
Use the last piece of skirting to cover the end of the panel for a neat and finished look.

Step 11: Install additional accessories to cover the partition corner
Install V-shaped strips at the outer corners to cover gaps and increase strength, while also making the wall more beautiful.

The construction of 2-sided plastic partitions to build rooms with doors and walkways is not too complicated if you master the technique of cutting and joining the base of the partition at right angles.
