Instructions for installing faux wood plastic partitions between rooms
There are 2 cases of constructing double-sided plastic partitions in the middle of the room: the case of leaving a passage and the case of not leaving a passage.
Both cases require preparation of materials. 2-sided plastic partition panels and partition legs. Partition construction tools include:
- Laser meter.
- Handheld cutting machine.
- Table saw.
- Iron anchor/Expanding anchor.
- Kosmos Glue.
- Drill.
- Hammer.
- Nail gun.
- Bolts, screws.
- Straight angle/Right angle.

Note: Specially designed partition legs can replace ceiling moldings and baseboards, we do not need to prepare other decorative accessories.
There are two popular construction options for wood-imitation plastic partitions: partition construction there is a way and construction of partitions leave no path. Depending on the purpose, usage needs and available space, users can choose the appropriate construction plan.
In case of constructing partition wall between rooms with aisle left
Below are the steps to construct double-sided wood-imitation plastic partitions with walkways:

Step 1: Measure the size of the base of the partition and the faux wood partition
- Determine the location to install the partition
- Measure the size of the base of the partition and the partition plate
- Cut the base of the wall according to the measured size to suit. For positions at the corner of the base of the wall, you need to cut at a 45 degree angle. Placements that require straight connections need to be cut at 90 degree angles.

Step 2: Mark and drill screw holes to secure the partition legs
- Drill primer on the base of the bulkhead
- Mark where you need to drill primer on the floor, wall, and ceiling
- Proceed to drill pilot holes to install iron anchors/expansion anchors in the marked positions.

Step 3: Install the base of the partition to the determined position
- Screw iron anchors/expansion anchors into pilot holes
- Apply specialized glue to install the base of the partition at the determined positions
- Bolt/screw the bulkhead leg to secure it using a 12mm wide straight spacer.

Note:
- For the position at the corner of the partition, it is necessary to use glue and a nail gun to fix the two bars together.
- Install fixed partition feet in 3 positions: floor, wall and ceiling.

Step 4: Install wood-imitation plastic partition panels
- Cut the wood grain partition panels according to the initially measured dimensions
- Proceed to join the faux wood plastic partition panels along the top and bottom rails at the base of the wall from the outside to the inside
- Continue to join the partition panels next to the negative and positive seam structures so that the assembled panels fit together.

Note: You can apply glue to the grooves at the base of the wall to fix the partition more firmly.
Step 5: Install the base of the partition to end the partition
- When we finish installing the partitions, we will also use the base of the partition to finish the edge of the last partition
- Use a nail gun to further secure the edge of the base of the wall to the partition
- Shoot at corner position
- Position the edges with each partition panel.

Step 6: Check and complete construction
- Check the connection positions between the partition panel and the wall base, between the wall base and the floor, between 2 partition panels, between the wall and the ceiling, between 2 partition panels.
- To increase the aesthetics of the project and prevent dust and gaps, we can use silicone glue to cover the gaps between the base of the partition and the wall, ceiling, floor or between the partition and the base of the wall.

In case of constructing partition wall between rooms without walkway
The following are the steps to construct 2-sided wood-imitation plastic partitions without walkways:

Step 1: Measure the size of the base of the partition and the faux wood partition
- Determine the location to install the partition
- Measure the size of the base of the partition and the partition plate
- Cut the base of the wall according to the measured size to suit. For corner positions, cut the base of the wall at 45 degrees. Placements that require straight connections need to be cut at 90 degree angles.

Note: For the last base of the wall (top/bottom), it is necessary to cut it in half with a length of ≥400mm to insert the partition panels inside.

Step 2: Mark and drill screw holes to fix the base of the partition
- Drill primer on the base of the bulkhead
- Mark where you need to drill primer on the floor, wall, and ceiling
- Proceed to drill pilot holes to install iron anchors/expansion anchors in the marked positions.

Drill primer on the base of the wall, mark the pilot hole on the location to be installed
Step 3: Install the base of the partition to the determined position
- Close the iron clamp down to the location of the pilot drill holes
- Apply specialized glue to install the base of the partition at the determined positions
- Tighten the bolts to secure the base of the partition.

- Proceed to insert the partition along the top and bottom rails at the base of the wall from the outside to the inside
- Continue to join the partition panels according to the negative and positive seam structure so that the assembled panels fit together.
- Tighten bolts/screws to fix the partition panel to the wall via a 25mm wide right angle bracket. The distance between 2 brackets is ≤40cm.

Note: You can apply glue to the grooves at the base of the wall to fix the partition more firmly.
Step 5: Install the base of the partition to end the partition
- Install the wall base at the position close to the wall
- Cut out the U-shaped groove on the base of the wall.
- Apply glue to the base of the wall.
- Stick the wall base to cover the right angle bracket.
- Shoot nails to fix the wall base

- Install the end wall footwall and floor
- Reuse the previously split wall base.
- Apply glue to the base of the wall.
- Glue the baseboard into place.
- Shoot nails to fix the wall base

Step 6: Check and complete construction
- Check the connection positions between the partition panel and the wall base, between the wall base and the floor, between 2 partition panels, between the wall and the ceiling, between 2 partition panels.
- To increase the aesthetics of the project and prevent dust and gaps, we can use silicone glue to cover the gaps between the base of the partition and the wall, ceiling, floor or between the partition and the base of the wall.

- Above are the most basic instructions. To have a suitable construction plan, it is necessary to survey the specific project and come up with the optimal solution
- Before construction, make sure the construction area is clean and dry
- The film paper surface of the partition panels and base of the wall are all PVC material film paper. When constructing, you need to:
- Move and place gently
- Avoid scratching the surface
- Avoid long-term sun exposure to ensure product longevity
- Do not use chemical detergents.
