PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:

Kosmos glue has extremely strong adhesion and can help reduce a large number of screws needed. Kosmos glue helps fix and bond gypsum boards, MDF boards, decorative panels, PVC panels, bamboo charcoal panels, foam panels, stones, cement, ceramic tiles, metals, plastics, rubber and other materials...

CHARACTERISTIC:

3. Can be used for many purposes and can bond most types of materials
4. Good weather resistance and water resistance.

MANUAL INSTRUCTION:

1. Clean the surface thoroughly and make sure there are no scratches or dust left
2. Cut off the tip of the glue tube, install the attached glue nozzle, then insert it into the glue gun
3. Use 1 of the 2 gluing methods below:
- Method 1: Dry gluing (suitable for light materials and light-duty joints).
Apply glue in a zigzag pattern, each row 40 cm apart. Use the glued one to press on the other surface, then gently pull it out and wait for the glue to evaporate for a while then press the two surfaces together.
- Method 2: Wet gluing (suitable for heavy materials). Apply glue using the above method and then use clamps, nails or screws to clamp or nail the two sides together, wait for the glue to dry (about 24h – 48h) before removing the clamps.
The adhesive can be moved within 20 minutes to adjust the paste position. It will become more stable within 2-3 days after pasting, and achieve the best effect within 7 days.

NOTE:

1. When the glue is not completely dry, it can be removed with resin.
2. Adhesion will weaken in high temperature environments (avoid using metal exposed to sunlight for a long time).
3. Avoid direct contact with skin for long periods of time, wear a mask when using.
4. Avoid contaminating water sources with this product.
5. Opened glue dries out after use and should be thrown away.
6. Keep out of reach of CHILDREN.
