There are 2 ways to install U-shaped stainless steel glass braces:

• Installation by screwing (floating brace construction).
• Install with glue or cement mortar (underfloor splint construction).

Install U-shaped stainless steel glass brace by screwing

B1 Mark the installation location.

We use a laser light to determine the exact position to place the glass wall, then use a pen to mark the position where the brace needs to be attached.

B2 Attach the U-shaped stainless steel and tempered glass brace to the floor.

• The U-shaped stainless steel and tempered glass brace will have holes on the brace body. We will place the brace in the position that needs to be attached and then use those holes to mark the place that needs to be drilled.
• Next, we will take out the braces to drill and then place the plastic expanders into those drilled holes.
• Finally, we put the brace back in its original position. Through the hole in the brace body, we fix the brace by screwing it down to the plastic expansion screw.

B3 Fix the glass wall to the stainless steel U-shaped brace.

Before applying glue to the gap and fixing the glass wall, we should use a plastic sheet or Alu sheet to insert on one side first. Cover one side with a plastic sheet to keep the glass wall balanced.

B4 Complete the glass wall construction project with stainless steel U braces.

We just need to clean up the excess glue/mortar and it's done.
