Cause 1: Product color deviation from paper batch is 5-10%.

Cause 2: The color difference between wood eyes is 1 - 10% due to the randomness of the wood eyes and according to different shapes and sizes, it will affect the color difference of products in the same batch.

1. Flat profile products such as Nano panels, partitions, bamboo charcoal, PVC stone grain, etc. have a color deviation rate of 1 - 5%.
2. Products with corrugated edges such as Lam Wave panels, Lam Wave bamboo charcoal panels, etc. have color and grain deviations from 1-10%.

To purchase Kosmos and Galawood interior panels without color difference between batches. Customers please determine the exact quantity to be installed at one location. Kosmos ships according to orders in the same production batch. This will limit the color difference.

Customers should buy 1-2 more products than the actual construction area. This helps ensure there are enough materials to replace in case of construction errors, avoid ordering more goods, lose shipping costs, unfortunately the shipment is out of stock and Kosmos will support re-importing 1-2 products if the Customer does not come to construct and the re-import time is 1-3 days.

Additional installation needs arise in other locations: Customers please contact Kosmos sales department and provide the order number. The company will support shipping the same batch as the previous order (if Kosmos warehouse has stock).
