Regulations on delivery and inspection of goods

Step 1: Goods before delivery
Kosmos staff will send the order for you to confirm the order before delivery.
- Please confirm quantity, color and delivery location.
- Kosmos staff will prepare the goods according to the confirmed order.

Note: Delivery fee will be confirmed by Kosmos in the order before delivery.

Step 2: Goods in the process of delivery
The delivery department will contact to confirm the delivery location and time to avoid delays for the Customer.
CASES ARISING DURING THE DELIVERY PROCESS | |
1. Delivery to townhouses/villas | Additional fees when loading goods over 5m, loading down to the basement, loading upstairs. |
2. Delivery to home (small alley) | The entrance to small alleys is very difficult to enter, so the Agent/Customer should notify in advance so that Kosmos staff can find an alternative solution with a small vehicle and provide additional delivery support tools. |
3. Delivery to building/apartment | Entrance fee, basement fee, elevator fee, porterage fee (if any) may apply. Note: Delivery time for buildings/apartments, operating from 8am-17pm, if you want delivery in the morning, please notify Kosmos 1 day in advance. |
4. Delivery to the bus station | Time to receive orders and deliver to the bus station is before 15:XNUMX p.m. (to avoid traffic jams and prohibited routes in the city). After 15:XNUMX, orders will be shipped the next day. Fees incurred during the delivery process such as: Terminal entry fee, loading/unloading fee for oversized goods. |

Problems during delivery: In case of unexpected incidents, Kosmos delivery staff will contact and notify the Agent/Customer of the expected delivery time later than scheduled, we hope you understand.
Step 3: Goods after delivery
- The receiving agent is responsible for checking the quantity, color and condition of the goods immediately upon receipt.
- The third party (Customer, worker, contractor...) designated to receive the goods must provide phone number and name before leaving and is responsible for checking the quantity, color, and condition of the goods immediately upon receipt.
- If the Agent/Customer discovers that the goods are missing, damaged or not the same as the ordered model, they must immediately notify the customer to exchange or return the goods.
- Checking time from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the number of orders.

Kosmos will not be responsible for any feedback regarding incorrect quantity, color, or damaged goods due to external forces after the dealer or third party (Customer, worker, contractor, etc.) has signed for the goods. Thank you for trusting Kosmos Vietnam.
