Instructions for installing imported wooden floors

Wooden floors are used to cover all interior spaces such as: Bedrooms, living rooms, offices, hotels, spas, shopping malls,
shop,…

The product is installed on a flat floor ensuring the difference does not exceed 2mm/1000mm. Because wooden floors have the property of expansion, they should not be used
Use glue to fix the floor, need to leave a gap between the floor and the wall of 12 - 18mm.

Perform maintenance every 3–6 months to prolong the product’s lifespan

Avoid direct exposure to sunlight

Do not drag heavy, sharp, or pointed objects across the surface

Clean using a damp cloth and a mild cleaning solution

Keep away from areas with temperatures exceeding 50°C

Warranty Activation

The installation unit must provide the project address along with images/videos confirming correct installation procedures. Additionally, the customer’s information (name, phone number, email) must be submitted so that Kosmos can complete the warranty registration on behalf of the customer.

Warranty Response Within 24 Hours

Once the information is received, Kosmos will issue and activate the warranty certificate. The certificate will be sent to the installation unit or directly to the customer via email.
