Round wood exploitation: Select oak trees in forests where exploitation is allowed. Then, cut and transport the wood to the production site.
Processing: At this stage, we need to cut wooden boards according to different thickness specifications. Next is drying the wood to achieve the standard moisture content. Then cut and sand to create a smooth surface for the floorboards.
A 20mm thick wooden core (15mm thick floorboard) needs to be dried for 10 - 12 days for the product to reach a moisture content of 9 - 11% (no more than 14% according to international standards), this helps prevent the wooden floor from cracking or cracking. warping during use.
Wood floor paint: Applying 5 layers of Treffert UV paint to the top surface of the floor and 1 layer of paint on the bottom helps create a bond between the paint and the wooden planks. At the same time, this factor also improves moisture resistance, termite resistance and limits scratches on the floor.
