The load-bearing plastic floor reaches the declared load if the distance between the beams (skeletons) is <400mm. When constructing, we glue the frame first, then install the board on top, fix the groove to the frame with flat-head screws.

The biggest difference is that the heavy-duty plastic floor is thicker, more sturdy and has better load-bearing capacity. Locking plastic floors are usually only used on flat surfaces, while heavy-duty plastic floors are laid directly on the frame.
The 500 kg/m² type is suitable for floors containing light items (tables, chairs, beds) and normal living. If the mezzanine has a large cabinet, washing machine or many people use it at the same time, you should choose a type with a load capacity of 800 kg/m² or more to ensure long-term safety.

The frame must be sturdy, flat, and spaced a maximum of 400 mm apart; apply specialized glue evenly under the groove and screw the flat head screws to secure the hidden groove of the bar. If constructed correctly, the floor will run smoothly and without noise.
The floor is easy to maintain, just wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use strong chemicals (pH should be 6-8). When cleaning, sweep the dust first and then wipe gently to maintain the natural shine and grain color.
