The load-bearing plastic floor reaches the declared load if the distance between the beams (skeletons) is <400mm. When constructing, we glue the frame first, then install the board on top, fix the groove to the frame with flat-head screws.

The 500 kg/m² type is suitable for floors containing light items (tables, chairs, beds) and normal living. If the mezzanine has a large cabinet, washing machine or many people use it at the same time, you should choose a type with a load capacity of 800 kg/m² or more to ensure long-term safety.
