• Decorative paper layer is printed with sharp, clear colors.
• The core layer is made of PVC plastic and stone powder (SPC – Stone Plastic Composite), limiting shrinkage and expansion.
• 1mm thick IXPE rubber base layer (available on each model) is integrated to replace the foam pad during construction.

The floor has a smart locking groove for assembly without the need for glue.

• Health safety: No unpleasant odor or irritation to the user's skin, eyes, nose, or throat. According to BS EN ISO 12460-5:2015 standard, no Formaldehyde content was detected in Kosmos plastic flooring.
• Easy cleaning: The surface is less prone to dirt and can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth and a diluted cleaning solution. Note, do not use a hard brush or concentrated cleaning solution.
• Quick construction: The smart locking groove with the simple tongue and groove design of the floor has significantly shortened the construction time, especially when the floor has an available IXPE rubber base layer.
• Clear warranty policy: Kosmos vinyl flooring is warranted for 3-5 years, depending on the line. The 5mm+1mm IXPE flooring line in particular is warranted for the locking groove from 12-24 months depending on the area.

• B1: Improve the ground surface to be flat and dry
• B2: Install the base plate.
• B3: Lay foam underlay (omit if using IXPE rubber base vinyl flooring).
• B4: Install the first floorboard 12 – 15mm from the wall.
• B5: Install the next board using the locking groove.
• B6: Install plastic floor accessories (baseboard, molding).

What should be noted when using Kosmos plastic flooring?

To use Kosmos plastic flooring for a long time, users must follow these instructions:

• Do not install flooring in outdoor areas or in bathrooms/toilets.
• Do not drag or rub hard or sharp objects on the floor.
• Avoid submerging the floor in water.
• Do not expose the floor to temperatures exceeding 50°C.
• Do not disassemble the floor after installation to avoid breaking the groove.
