Kosmos SPC Vinyl Flooring is a locking plastic floor with an SPC core layer (PVC mixed with stone powder and additives). It has the ability to simulate wood, stone, and cement grain. The product is an excellent alternative to Laminate flooring with high water resistance (swelling rate ≤0.3%) and 100% termite resistance.
With a 0.3mm thick surface protection layer, the floor is scratch resistant AC3 and AC4 (withstands 2000 to 4000 frictional rotations), suitable for use in civil and commercial spaces with medium traffic density.

5mm + 1mm IXPE wood-like plastic floor: 1224x185x5mm (With rubber base, 5-year quality warranty, 12-month lock warranty in public environments, 24 months in civil environments).

Instructions for installing Kosmos SPC wood-plastic flooring
Kosmos SPC wood, stone, cement plastic flooring with smart locking grooves makes installation easier without the need for glue. In particular, the plastic flooring line with rubber base also eliminates the need for foam lining, significantly shortening the operation and construction time.
4mm vinyl flooring and 4mm + 1mm IXPE vinyl flooring can be used for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, etc. in residential areas. 5mm + 1mm IXPE vinyl flooring with a lock-seam warranty policy can ensure long-term durability in commercial areas such as: Clothing store floors, company hallways, etc.

Avoid direct exposure to sunlight
Do not allow rainwater to splash onto the flooring
Perform maintenance every 3–6 months to prolong the product’s lifespan
Do not drag heavy, sharp, or pointed objects across the surface
Keep away from areas with temperatures exceeding 50°C
Clean using a damp cloth and a mild cleaning solution

Warranty Activation
The installation unit must provide the project address along with images/videos confirming correct installation procedures. Additionally, the customer’s information (name, phone number, email) must be submitted so that Kosmos can complete the warranty registration on behalf of the customer.
Warranty Response Within 24 Hours
Once the information is received, Kosmos will issue and activate the warranty certificate. The certificate will be sent to the installation unit or directly to the customer via email.
