Construction of ASA-coated wood-plastic panels must follow the supplier's instructions and safety warnings, specifically:
ASA plastic panels are fixed to the frame with brackets and stainless steel screws. The fluted panel G-4S219X25 has a wide and thick groove edge, making it easy to screw directly without the need for brackets.
The required frame size must be ≥25x25mm with bone bar thickness ≥1,2mm.
In particular, do not install panels directly under glass roofs, poly panels, corrugated iron, etc. because the amount of heat absorbed will increase, affecting the quality of the product. The gap between panels and these heat-absorbing roofs should be between 300 - 500mm. It is mandatory to reinforce an additional layer of insulation between the ceiling and the roof.
