What are wood plastic columns and slats?
Wood plastic columns and slats are products used to make pergolas, sunshades, fences, railings, stair handrails, etc. They are made from a mixture of HDPE plastic, wood powder, and additives (wood plastic composite/ WPC – Wood Plastic Composite).
Composite wood columns with square cross-section (100x100mm, 120x120mm, 160x160mm) are often used as support columns for outdoor structures such as Pergola flower trellis, wood-plastic huts.
Composite wood plastic slats have a wide variety of cross-sectional sizes (35x35mm, 50x50mm, 60x40mm, 80x40mm, 105x50mm, 160x80mm) usually
Used as window and facade sunshades, decorative wall panels or partitions in interior spaces (partitions between living room and kitchen, partitions between living room and stairs).
Both have good resistance to harsh weather, termites and mold, expansion from 5 - 10% used to replace natural wood or specialized aluminum for exterior.
Construction of wooden plastic columns or slats requires galvanized iron or stainless steel cores to ensure sturdiness in harsh environmental conditions. The product has a lifespan of 10 years if constructed and used properly.

Product life up to 10 years
The installation unit must provide the project address along with images/videos confirming correct installation procedures. Additionally, the customer’s information (name, phone number, email) must be submitted so that Kosmos can complete the warranty registration on behalf of the customer.
Once the information is received, Kosmos will issue and activate the warranty certificate. The certificate will be sent to the installation unit or directly to the customer via email.
Since installing the wooden plastic sunshade slats/pillars in the yard, my family has really enjoyed the garden! Before, it was too sunny and no one wanted to sit outside, but now it's cool and pleasant, the whole family comes out here every weekend to drink tea and chat.
