Policy Robina Laminate flooring warranty provide full information such as: Instructions for use, notes when installing, cases where the warranty policy cannot be applied, procedures and necessary conditions to apply the policy. Kosmos Vietnam is distributing 2 Robina Laminate flooring lines: Robina Classic and Robina Aqua. Both Robina Laminate flooring lines are warranted for 2 years of quality, 10 years of termites. In particular, the Robina Aqua Laminate flooring line is warranted for 10 hours of flooding (green core), 48 days (yellow core).

Steps to handle when Robina Aqua wooden floor is flooded

As long as the Robina aqua wooden floor is not flooded for more than the allowed time, it can still be restored after applying the following steps:

B1 Call the Dealer (construction unit) immediately to quickly remove the Robina Aqua wooden floor from the flooded area.

B2 Use a dry cloth to wipe each Robina Aqua wooden floor slat and then spread them in a cool, windy place to dry for 5 days.

B3 After drying for 5 days, Robina Aqua wooden floor will recover and be reinstalled normally. If any bar is damaged during disassembly and cannot be restored, we will replace it with a new one.

Note: 

• The cost of removing and installing a flooded Robina Aqua wooden floor is 50.000 - 60.000 VND/m².
• In case the Robina Aqua floor is flooded and there is a need to dismantle the floor in another area, you need to negotiate the cost with the Agent (construction unit), however does not exceed 60.000 VND/m².
• When Robina Aqua wooden floor is slightly flooded, just use a fan to dry it for 5 days, the floor surface will automatically recover to its original state.

Cases where Robina Laminate flooring warranty policy applies

1. Customers install and use Robina wooden floors for the right purpose, according to the standards and construction instructions of the supplier.
2. Robina wooden floors warp, shrink, and fade under normal use conditions.
3. Damage to Robina Laminate flooring must be visible to the naked eye.
4. The Robina laminate flooring purchase receipt or warranty card must be intact (not crumpled, patched, erased or repaired).
5. Robina wooden floor is still under warranty.
6. Robina wooden flooring is an interior product - flooring application.
7. Robina Aqua wooden floors are warranted against termites for no more than 10 years.
8. Robina Aqua yellow core wooden floor is guaranteed to be submerged in water for no more than 10 days.
9. Robina Aqua green core wooden flooring is guaranteed to be submerged in water for no more than 48 hours.

Cases where Robina Laminate flooring warranty policy is not applicable

1. Customers do not install and use Robina wooden floors for the right purpose, according to the standards and construction instructions of the supplier.
2. Robina Laminate flooring is damaged due to a fault from the side. construction units and customers, for example:
   – Shrinkage and warping due to flooding.
   – Warping due to not leaving expansion space, causing wall irritation.
   – Color fades when exposed to direct sunlight (UV rays) for too long.
3. Damage to Robina wood floors is not visible to the naked eye.
4. The Robina Laminate flooring purchase receipt or warranty card is no longer intact (crumpled, patched, erased or repaired).
5. Robina Laminate flooring beyond warranty period.
6. Robina Laminate flooring is for interior use only – not for outdoor installation.
7. Wear and tear of Robina wooden floors during use.
8. Robina wooden floors are damaged due to force majeure (natural disasters, fires, etc.).
9. Robina wooden floor is damaged due to customer's unauthorized disassembly or relocation of the product.
10. Robina Classic Laminate flooring does not cover flooding.
11. Robina wooden floors have gaps or gaps due to flooding (applicable to Robina Classic wooden floors, no warranty for flooding).
12. Customers do not properly maintain/care for Robina wood floors.
