Kosmos Vietnam distributes 5 lines of Egger laminate flooring: Egger Classic, Egger Aqua, Naturesense, Naturesense Aqua, and Naturesense Aqua+. The quality warranty period for all 5 lines of Egger laminate flooring is 10 years. The Egger Aqua and Naturesense Aqua+ lines also have a water damage warranty.

Steps to take when Egger Aqua/Naturesense Aqua+ laminate flooring is flooded.

As long as Egger Aqua laminate flooring is not submerged in water for more than 1000 hours and Naturesense Aqua+ laminate flooring is not submerged for more than 72 hours, it can still recover after applying the following steps:

B1 Contact the dealer (installation company) immediately to have the Egger Aqua/Naturesense Aqua+ Laminate flooring quickly removed from the flooded area.

B2 Wipe each Egger Aqua/Naturesense Aqua+ Laminate flooring plank with a dry cloth, then spread them out in a well-ventilated area to dry for 5 days.

B3 After drying for 5 days, the Egger Aqua/Naturesense Aqua+ Laminate flooring will recover and can be reinstalled normally. If any plank is damaged during disassembly and cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new one.

Note: 

• The cost of dismantling and reinstalling Egger Aqua/Naturesense Aqua+ Laminate flooring that has been submerged in water is: 50.000 - 60.000 VND/m².
• In the event that the Egger Aqua/Naturesense Aqua+ flooring is flooded and requires removal of flooring in a different area, customers need to agree on the cost with the dealer (construction company). does not exceed 60.000 VND/m².
• If Egger Aqua/Naturesense Aqua+ laminate flooring is slightly submerged in water, simply drying it with a fan for 5 days will allow the surface to recover to its original condition.

When to apply Egger Laminate flooring warranty policy

1. Customers install and use Egger wooden floors for the correct purposes, standards and recommendations of the manufacturer.
2. Egger wooden floors warp, shrink, and fade under normal use conditions.
3. Damage to Egger laminate flooring must be visible to the naked eye.
4. The Egger laminate flooring purchase receipt or warranty card must be intact (not crumpled, patched, erased or repaired).
5. Egger Laminate flooring is still under warranty.
6. Egger Laminate flooring is an interior product - flooring application.
7. Egger Aqua wooden floors are warranted against termites for no more than 10 years.
8. Egger Aqua wooden floors are guaranteed to be submerged for no more than 1000 hours.
9. Naturesense Aqua+ laminate flooring is guaranteed against water submersion for no more than 72 hours.

Cases where Egger Laminate flooring warranty policy is not applicable

1. Customers do not install and use Egger wooden floors for the correct purposes, standards and recommendations of the manufacturer.
2. Egger Laminate flooring is damaged due to a fault from the side. construction units and customers, for example:
   – Shrinkage and warping due to flooding.
   – Warping due to not leaving expansion space, causing wall irritation.
   – Color fades when exposed to direct sunlight (UV rays) for too long.
3. Damage to Egger laminate flooring is not visible to the naked eye.
4. The Egger laminate flooring purchase receipt or warranty card is no longer intact (crumpled, patched, erased or repaired).
5. Egger laminate flooring beyond warranty period.
6. Egger Laminate flooring is for interior use only – not for outdoor installation.
7. Wear and tear of Egger laminate flooring during use.
8. Egger wooden floors are damaged due to force majeure (natural disasters, fires, etc.).
9. Egger wooden floor is damaged due to customer's unauthorized disassembly or relocation of the product.
10. Egger Laminate flooring does not have a termite warranty (except for the Egger Aqua line).
11. Egger Laminate flooring is not covered by a water damage warranty (except for the Egger Aqua and Naturesense Aqua+ lines).
12. Egger laminate flooring may experience gaps or loose joints due to water damage (this applies to laminate flooring lines that are not covered by the water damage warranty).
13. Customers do not properly maintain/care for Egger wood floors.
