Product warranty process of Kosmos Vietnam

A. BEFORE CONSTRUCTION

The construction team must inspect the materials and spacing of the frame before proceeding with construction.
If the product has defects that fall under the following categories: return conditions The construction company should contact Kosmos' sales department to arrange for product exchange or return.

B. AFTER CONSTRUCTION

Customers contact the Dealer (construction company) to discuss issues related to the project.
Customers must present the purchase receipt and warranty card issued by the company. The address must match the information on the warranty card.
Agents come to the site to check the status and provide solutions if:

- In case of errors due to construction: The dealer is responsible for the warranty.

- In case of product error: The dealer sends the warranty certificate and supporting images/videos to Kosmos. Within 3-5 days, Kosmos will work with the dealer to survey the site, discuss the situation, and issue a compensation agreement along with proposed solutions. If the product is discontinued, Kosmos will exchange it for a similar product for the customer.

Conditions for activating the warranty certificate.

B1: The contractor provides the address, construction photos, and customer information (name, phone number, email) so that Kosmos can fill in the warranty information.
B2: After receiving the information, Kosmos will create a warranty certificate and activate the warranty number. The certificate will be sent to the contractor or directly to the customer's email address.

Cases covered by warranty

Customers install and use for the right purpose, according to the standards and construction instructions of the supplier.
The product warps, shrinks, and fades in color under normal use conditions.
Damage to the product must be visible to the naked eye.
The purchase receipt or warranty card must be intact (not crumpled, patched, erased or altered).
The product is still within the warranty period.

Note: If the above conditions are not met, Kosmos will refuse warranty service. We kindly ask for your understanding, dear dealers and customers.
