Step 1: Prepare materials and tools for installing the single-layer wood-plastic composite fence panels.

Below are 10 types of materials you need to prepare when installing single-layer wood-plastic composite fencing:

1. Stainless steel or galvanized steel bar
2. Single-layer wood-plastic composite multi-purpose bar (OP142, OP71)
   
3. WPC poles (T100X100, T120X120)
   
4. Code

8. Column end caps (NT100X100, NT120X120)
9. Fence post base

1. Angle grinder, drill, welder
2. Laser pointer, tape measure, protractor.

Step 2: Erect the fence frame.

The process of constructing the fence frame consists of the following two steps:

1. Secure the base plates to the concrete foundation/foundation beam using steel anchors (distance between base plates ≤3m).

2. Weld the stainless steel (or galvanized steel) column securely onto the base plate.

 3. Insert the wood-plastic composite posts into the iron core, then add the base (if applicable) and end caps for a finished aesthetic.

Cover the top of the wood-plastic composite post.

4. Use metal brackets to secure the horizontal stainless steel or galvanized steel bars to the support posts.

Step 3: Install the outdoor wood-plastic composite multi-purpose bar.

2 steps to install single-layer wood-plastic composite panels for fencing onto a frame:

1. Apply Kosmos exterior sealant to the frame.

2. Drill pilot holes and screw stainless steel screws into the pilot holes to secure the first multi-purpose bar to the support frame, approximately 5-10mm away from the plastic wood posts.

3. Repeat the above two steps to install the multi-purpose bars onto the entire fence frame. (The spacing between the multi-purpose bars is at the discretion of the installer).
