Return and exchange process
Kosmos reserves the right to refuse the return of goods, and the exchange transaction will not be processed if:
- Kosmos did not receive the adjustment record signed by the Dealer/Customer within 24 hours.
- The goods are products cut to order!
In cases where goods are not eligible for return, Kosmos will notify customers to come and pick them up. Goods consigned to the Kosmos warehouse will not be kept for more than 7 working days; after this period, Kosmos will not be responsible for their safekeeping. We appreciate your understanding.
