Guide to purchasing and payment at Kosmos Vietnam

Payment time regulations:

For goods delivered to the designated construction site, if payment is not made within the permitted inspection time (60 minutes, depending on the quantity), the goods will be returned. All resulting costs (delivery, return, loading and unloading) will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the amount already paid.

Regulations for receiving goods at the warehouse:

1. Dealer or Customer provides vehicle license plate number and reports Dealer or Customer name along with delivery information to the sales group.
2. Before delivering the goods to the vehicle, Kosmos staff will take clear photos of the quantity of items and confirm that the correct person is designated by the Agent or Customer to receive the goods. Kosmos will have them sign to confirm full information and reconfirm with the sales team.
3. Once the Agent has confirmed, we will not be responsible for any loss related to the goods. We hope customers understand.

Kosmos Vietnam will not accept and will not be responsible for payments made to any individual or organization other than the account number published above.

After the Customer has completed receiving the goods (ownership of the goods has been transferred), the Company will issue the invoice and send it to the Customer's registered email address no later than T+1 day.
