– Welcome and support customers when they come to visit and buy products at the Showroom.
– Introduce and advise customers on product uses, features, installation methods, warranty information and other product information suitable to customer needs.
– Answer customer calls and messages on social networking platforms.
– Perform other tasks as required by management.

- Qualification: High school graduate or higher.

- Conceptualize and design print and media publications: Packaging, boxes, stamps, labels, catalogs, standees, leaflets,...
- Coordinate with relevant departments to design ideas for publications used on the company's digital marketing channels such as website, Fanpage, Youtube...
- Report to upper management on design project progress.
- Graduated from college/university majoring in graphic design
- Have at least 1 year of related experience in the field of graphic design and printing.

1. There are 3 working shifts
– Shift 1: 6am-15pm (1 hour break in between shifts)
– Shift 2: 10am-19pm (1 hour break in between shifts)
– Shift 3: 15pm – 22pm (1 hour break between shifts)

– Export sales data from the software into daily and weekly debt tracking statements
– Monitor detailed weekly customer debt age reports and calculate discounts, ensuring effective implementation of business policies.
– Plan weekly and monthly revenues
– Monitor and update customer information data promptly on debt collections

– Record and account accurately and completely all economic and financial operations arising during the Company's business process
– Monitor settlement of expenses incurred at the Company.
– Manage debts arising at the Company.
– Inventory and compare inventory periodically according to regulations
– Inventory and compare warehoused and imported goods, discount policies, and sales price reductions according to the date of occurrence.
– Issue sales invoices of the Company (if any)
– Monitor the cost of the company's products and apply selling and buying prices on kosmos software
– Report VAT and use of the Company's invoices in accordance with regulations (if any)
– Print, submit, sign and store all documents and accounting books at the Company in accordance with regulations.
– Store arising economic contracts, update purchase and sale contract information on accounting software.
– Coordinate with relevant units to inventory goods, fixed assets, and CCDC at the Company's Office, Company, and warehouse.
– Coordinate with cashiers to collect cash from customers (if any).
– Contact the bank, send the loan application set to the bank (if any)
– Update debit and credit reports of bank accounts on Misa accounting software daily (if any)
– Support business units to check the amount of money transferred by customers daily (if any)
– Support the work of other administrative accountants when the person in charge is absent.
– Have at least 02 years of experience in a General Accounting position
– Master knowledge of accounting, finance and tax operations
– Proficient in computers, excel, accounting software, especially Misa accounting software.
- Have a high responsibility in works
– Have skills in managing/storing records and documents
– Skills in organizing and arranging work
– Able to work independently, under high work pressure.
– Good ability to analyze and synthesize data.
– Approach work quickly, process information well. Complete work accurately and according to regulations.
