Social media marketing employee
1. JOB DESCRIPTION
  1. Come up with ideas, create content for articles/images/videos to develop Social channels (Facebook, Youtube, TikTok...) - Coordinate work with designers and video editors to perfect products.
  2. Post and manage posts on Social channels
  3. Monitor, research and analyze competitors' activities on Social channels.
  4. Manage assigned product line information (images, product codes, catalogs, product information...). Update new product images when new products arrive.
  5. Monitor, research, and learn how to promote products of other units.
  6. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

1. JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Record, edit videos, take photos, cut and combine clips to create a complete clip.
  • Edit and create effects to complete videos and clips according to company requirements

General Accountant
1. Job Description
  • Accurately and fully record and account all economic and financial transactions arising in the Company's business process
  • Follow up the settlement of expenses incurred at the Company.
  • Manage debts incurred at the Company.
  • Inventory and compare inventory goods periodically according to regulations
  • Inventory , compare goods out of stock , in stock , discount policy , sale price reduction according to the date of arising .
  • Issue sales invoices of the Company (if any)
  • Monitor the company's product cost calculation and apply selling & buying prices on kosmos . software
  • Report VAT, use of invoices of the Company in accordance with regulations. (if any)
  • Print, sign and store all vouchers and accounting books at the Company in accordance with the prescribed regime.
  • Store arising economic contracts, update purchase and sale contract information on accounting software.
  • Coordinate with relevant units to inventory goods, fixed assets, CCDC at the Office, Company, warehouse of the Company.
  • Coordinate with cashiers to collect cash from customers (if any).
  • Contact the bank, send the loan application to the bank (if any)
  • Update debt reports, bank accounts on Misa accounting software daily (if any)
  • Support business units to check daily customer transfer amount (if any)
  • Support to perform the work of the other part accountant in the absence of the person in charge.

  • At least 02 years of experience in General Accounting position
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, tax

International Purchasing Officer / Import-Export Officer
1. JOB DESCRIPTION

About import and export documents and procedures

  • Update and track the schedule of imported (NK) shipments.
  • Check documents and confirm import documents with suppliers (NCC).
  • Coordinate with logistics (DV) services in checking and preparing import documents, making customs declarations (HQ), handling import and export procedures in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with logistics service and related departments to transport goods to warehouse, prepare warehouse and solve problems arising during transportation.
  • Implement weekly work plan including: plan to import inventory and provide import-export documents, invoices and necessary purchase documents to relevant departments.

About the price of goods, service costs and debt NCC

  • Check, confirm invoices and propose to pay logistics service costs, costs incurred in the process of importing goods.
  • Monitor, update and confirm debts with NCC, propose to pay debts on time.
  • Update changes in goods prices, customs service prices, logistics, discuss with NCC, DV about new prices and notify relevant departments.
