Payment policy from Kosmos Vietnam
Case 1: Goods are delivered to your door within Ho Chi Minh City area
- For spot orders: Customers pay 100% of the order before leaving the warehouse.
- For orders placed: Customers pay 30% of the order value in advance (deposit). When the goods arrive at the construction site, customers check the goods on the vehicle and pay the remaining 70%.
Payment time regulations:
For goods arriving at the designated construction site, if the customer has not paid within the allowed inspection time (60 minutes, depending on quantity), the vehicle will transport the goods back. All additional costs (delivery, re-import, lifting and lowering of goods) will be borne by the customer and this part will be deducted from the 30% amount the customer has paid in advance.
Case 2: Goods are delivered to the bus station in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces and picked up at the warehouse.
Agents or Customers (3rd parties) authorized to pick up goods at the warehouse please 100% payment of order before shipment.
Regulations for receiving goods at the warehouse:
- Dealer or Customer provides vehicle license plate number and reports Dealer or Customer name along with delivery information to the sales group.
- Before delivering the goods to the vehicle, Kosmos staff will take clear photos of the quantity of items and confirm that the correct person is designated by the Agent or Customer to receive the goods. Kosmos will have them sign to confirm full information and reconfirm with the sales team. When
- The agent has confirmed that we will not be responsible for any loss related to the goods. We hope customers understand.
Payment method for orders for Kosmos Vietnam
Agents can pay for orders in cash or transfer to one of three accounts of Kosmos Vietnam Joint Stock Company as follows:

All activities of collecting cash, receiving deposits, receiving payment transfers for orders through employees' personal accounts are invalid. |
