Buying guide at Kosmos Vietnam

Step 1: Contact Kosmos phone number, email or warehouse address in Contact Info on the website kosmos.vn.

Step 2: Register to become an agent according to Kosmos's reseller policy. (If you are already a Kosmos Reseller, this step is not required.)

Step 3: Select product and purchase quantity.

Step 4: Customers pay as follows:

• For stock in stock: Pay 100% of the total order when receiving goods at Kosmos Vietnam Warehouse.
• For items not available: 30% deposit in advance on total order, pay the rest right after delivery.

Note:

• Kosmos company is committed to delivery 100% new, good quality genuine.
• Problems arising in the transportation process undertaken by Kosmos may occur, when transporting long distances, bad roads, etc. So you need to check the goods carefully before signing to receive the goods for effective support.
• After signing to receive the goods, Kosmos refuses to handle the cases arising during transportation.
