The installation unit must provide the project address along with images/videos confirming correct installation procedures. Additionally, the customer’s information (name, phone number, email) must be submitted so that Kosmos can complete the warranty registration on behalf of the customer.

Once the information is received, Kosmos will issue and activate the warranty certificate. The certificate will be sent to the installation unit or directly to the customer via email.
Will outdoor wood-plastic composite decking fade in color?
Outdoor wood-plastic composite decking may fade, but the degree of fading is usually minimal and tends to stabilize after a short period of time.
Single-layer outdoor wood-plastic composite decking only depreciates by 10%–20% in the first three months, after which the color stabilizes.
The two-layer plastic Laminate flooring with polymer coating maintains color stability throughout the product's lifespan.

Plastic wood decking can be installed in most outdoor areas such as gardens, terraces, swimming pools, balconies, park walkways, and resorts.
Can the flooring withstand a humid environment like a swimming pool?
Plastic wood decking can be used in humid environments such as pool areas. However, tight-locking polymer plastic wood decking is not recommended for this purpose, as the tightly sealed joint structure allows water to drain slowly. This can easily cause water to pool on the surface and increase moisture buildup beneath the floor during use.

How does outdoor wood-plastic composite decking differ from natural wood decking?
Outdoor wood-plastic composite (WPC) decking and natural wood decking differ fundamentally in composition, durability, and cost:
Natural hardwoods have a high density ranging from 0,6 to 1,2 g/cm³.
Water resistance
Good, it only absorbed about 1,16% of its original weight in water, and expanded by only 0,1% after 24 hours of soaking.
Relatively speaking, with a water absorption rate of <12%, it offers fairly good water resistance compared to woods with high natural oil content.
Color fastness
Highly stable (especially the 2-layer polymer coating – no fading throughout its lifespan). The 1-layer coating shows 10-20% color loss in the first 3 months, then stabilizes.
Inferior. Prone to fading over time, requiring regular oil-based paint maintenance (every 6-12 months).
