This material is widely used in wall cladding, ceiling cladding, TV walls, headboards, and many interior spaces requiring high aesthetic appeal.

Compared to traditional materials, bamboo charcoal cladding stands out for its water resistance, termite resistance, flexible shaping like stone but lighter and easier to install, safety for users, environmental friendliness, and ability to shorten installation time and reduce fine dust during construction. Currently, Kosmos distributes two brands of bamboo charcoal wall panels: Kosmos and Galawood, with a lifespan of 10–15 years. Kosmos bamboo charcoal wall panels, in particular, achieve high stability, with a thickness expansion rate of only 0,4% after 24 hours of soaking in water at (20 ±2)°C according to TCVN 12445:2018 standard, meeting the requirements for durability and quality in interior use.

Instructions for construction of Bamboo Charcoal Panels

Bamboo charcoal paneling requires a flat and dry surface and neutral glue. (acid free) for installation. When installing on the frame, we need to prepare an additional cushion layer (plastic foam sheet or cement sheet) between the frame and the panel.
