What to do when the Egger Aqua floor is flooded?
When you discover that your Egger Aqua wooden floor is flooded, please take the following 3 steps:
- Step 1: Remove flooring from flooded area.
- Step 2: Dry the wooden floor in the shade, exposed to the wind for 5 days.
- Step 3: Install the wooden floor back to the original position.
If the flooding time does not exceed 1.000 hours, you will receive a 1-1 exchange for the damaged board after correctly applying the instructions above.
Note: The 1.000-hour submerged warranty policy only applies to Egger Aqua, not to Egger Classic.
