Warranty period for plastic wall panels – is 10 years
Kosmos Vietnam has 4 types of plastic wall panels: nano panel, fluted kosmos panel (fluted PVC panel), fluted panel Korea (fluted PS plastic panel) and stone grain pvc panels. All are guaranteed quality by Kosmos Vietnam for a period of time is 10 years.
The lifespan of plastic wall panels distributed by Kosmos Vietnam can be up to 15-20 years, so customers can be assured of product quality.
Special: The product line ceiling slats & faux wood slats can also be applied to this warranty policy.

B1 Customers contact the Agent (Construction Unit) to discuss the problem of the project.
B2 Please present the invoice, purchase voucher or warranty card issued by the company.
B3 Dealers come to the site to check.
In case of construction errorThe dealer will be responsible for the warranty.In case of product failureAgents send photos/videos to Kosmos. From 3-5 days, Kosmos will send someone along with the agent to survey the status, exchange and issue a warranty document with a handling plan for you.
Conditions for applying warranty policy for plastic wall panels
Products are supplied and distributed by Kosmos Vietnam warehouse.
Warranty period is 10 years.
Make sure the product is installed in accordance with the technical standards and instructions of Kosmos Vietnam.
Product defects must be seen with the ordinary eye such as: color film surface defects, products that are warped, cracked, deformed, etc.
Warranty card is full of information and intact, not erased.
Cases that are not covered by the warranty for plastic wall panels
This plastic wall panel warranty only applies to products of the Kosmos brand.
The scratch-resistant layer is gradually worn or the edges are no longer sharp after long-term use.
Disasters, fires,...
The product is not installed in accordance with the technical standards and construction instructions of Kosmos Vietnam.
Errors caused by customers themselves will not be responsible for warranty by Kosmos Vietnam.

Instructions for using Kosmos Vietnam wall panels
Nano panels, fluted Kosmos panels, Korean fluted panels, stone-grained pvc panels or ceiling slats, imitation wood plastic bars are all interior decoration materials. Please do not install or use them in outdoor spaces.
Harsh outdoor conditions will directly affect product life and Kosmos Vietnam will not be responsible for warranty in this case.
Kosmos Vietnam wall paneling is an interior decoration material with beautiful and diverse designs thanks to the decorative Film layer. However, the color of the film layer is at risk of fading before UV rays in the sun.
The product has been equipped with UV protection, but you should still avoid installing it in a place exposed to the sun for a long time.
Do not use sharp iron tools to friction, cause scratches.
For stubborn stains, please dilute the cleaning solution with water to clean.
Notes when installing wall panels
- Wall panels must be installed on a flat and dry wall. Otherwise, you must use a skeleton for installation (the distance between the frames should not exceed 50 cm).
- Install Kosmos plastic wall panels with Kosmos Bond and add nails (or use a nail gun) for added strength. Particularly, Kosmos nano panels and fluted panels must be installed via stainless steel screws and screws.
- Please use molding, brackets, and accessories to cover the panel joints and end points. Thus, the durability and aesthetics of the new construction are guaranteed.
